    * Do not use inkjet fabric sheets with a laser printer. The heat generated by a laser printer may cause the adhesive to melt.
    * Avoid using photo inks when printing inkjet fabric sheets. While these inks will work, they may not produce
as vibrant a print as regular inks.
    * Printers don't print white. So if you’re printing on colored fabric, the white parts of your image will be the same color as the fabric.
    * White fabric prints the truest colors. The maximum width of your fabric sheet is limited by the width of your printer's paper tray.
    * The maximum length, however, can be varied by printing in banner mode.
Refer to the Help file in your software application to learn how to prepare your image to print in banner mode.
    * Always verify that the leading edge of the fabric is securely bonded to the backing paper
before inserting it into the printer. If the fabric has separated from it's backing, it could jam inside the printer.
    * Cut – don't pull – loose threads from the fabric sheet before inserting it into the printer.
A rotary cutter and ruler work great for trimming loose threads, but if you don't have them, just use a scissors.
    * Practicing with plain paper first will save you money and frustration.
If the printed colors and placement aren't quite what you expected, simply make the adjustments
through your software application and reprint until you get what you're expecting.
    * We suggest removing all plain paper from the printer's paper tray and inserting only one fabric sheet at a time to avoid jams.
    * Remember to leave at least a 1/4" seam allowance on all four sides of your image
if you're going to incorporate it into a larger project.
If you print all the way to the edge of the fabric, you may end up cutting off some of the design.
    * Steam is your enemy – at least when it comes to fabric sheets.
Using steam to press pre-treated fabric sheets may leave water spots on the fabric.
In addition, the steam may cause the fabric to separate from its paper backing.
    * Wrinkles and bubbles on the surface of the fabric sheet can cause printing problems.
Check your fabric sheet before printing and, if necessary, iron it to ensure it's smooth and wrinkle-free.

Computer Art onto Fabric
A different way to use family or pet photos or original art is to put it onto fabric and make the fabric into something wearable, hug-able, or warming. You print your art work on transfer paper, then iron it onto a T-shirt or onto fabric. Once on fabric, you can:

Here’s how to get photo-transfers that are permanent, right-reading, washable, “iron-able,” and
every bit as clear and sharp as the original!

1. Select the photos you wish to transfer. They can be black and white or color.
(Whatever kind of photographs you have, they must still be copied on a color copy machine.)

Fabric Photo Transfer Medium
You can create great photo t-shirts even if you don't have a computer.
Photos can be put on T's with a fabric transfer medium available in most craft, art supply and sewing stores.

Here's how it works. Make a photocopy (color or black and white) of your photo.
Lay the photocopy on a piece of waxed paper.
Pour or brush a liberal amount of the fabric transfer medium onto the printed side of the photocopy--
enough so that you can't see the photo image anymore.
Carefully turn this wet photo over and position it onto the t-shirt exactly where you want it.
The blank side of the photo is now facing up. Lightly smooth the photo to remove any air bubbles.

Place the project on a flat surface and allow to dry for 24 hours.
Once dry, saturate the photocopy with a wet sponge.
Rub the copy with your finger or a sponge in small circles.
You should start to see the picture appear.
Repeat the rubbing process until no excess paper appears.
You now have a photo t-shirt! Hang to dry.

Tips
LAYING OUT THE FABRIC
Before you print on any fabric, you should first make sure that it is "true".
This means that the warp and the weft are running perpendicular to each other.
If they are not, then your print will become distorted after several washings, and the whole look will be ruined.

Printing on Fabrics
The most common way to put images on t-shirts and other fabrics is using iron-on transfers,
but these make the fabric stiff and hard. The bubble Jet Set 2000 lets you print permanent images on fabrics
with ink jet printers without loosing the natural soft feel and texture of the fabric.
You simply print on the fabric, wash the fabric and you are done.

The product is widely used for quilts, pillow cases, and other fabric art pieces.

*Personal comment: I think because the images are in PDF format and/or have the restrictions of
using only for your personal or gift giving crafting - that the CDs may not have sold well in the general market place.
But you can make gifts and home decor using the wonderful artwork of Susan Winget, Mary Englebreit, Sue Dreamer and others.
