note that certain collectibles may only be available for a short time,
if you see something
you like, and really would like to purchase, purchase it!
You may not be able to
locate the item again, if you wait. Remember too, to collect what you love,
and have "a space for" in your home. Buy gifts for others that they too
have a space for and that they would really enjoy the thought and sentiment
of the gift.
No point in filling up
anyones home with useless, dust magnets, that soon end up on Ebay or someones
yard sale.
When purchasing items
for children, be sure that they have Play Value, or that the child can
enjoy or learn from right away - most young children will not appreciate,
expensive "look at only" items. And it is OK to teach young children how
to handle, china cups, and plates and teapots. Just beware of "hot" items
and supervise appropriately any activities that involve hot foods or beverages.
You will save lots of clean up time when buying and using paper products.
But if you have a chance or the ability to use china or non-plastic ware
for your tea parties, please let the kids experience a "real tea party"
time.
